At JUSTPAW.COM, we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request. Requests without the video will not be processed.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email, mentioning your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on sending the item back to us.
- Send the Parcel: Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Shipping and Charges
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Service Fees:
- ₹100 for maintenance (including GST, payment gateway charges, and order processing charges).
- ₹200 for courier charges (covering return and reverse pickup).
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
Processing Your Exchange
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our exchange criteria, we will initiate the exchange promptly.
