We currently ship orders only within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We deliver to all Indian territories and major cities, including but not limited to:

2. Shipping Charges

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable under our returns and refund policy.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed on JUSTPAW.COM are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the order, depending on the availability of products and payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location of delivery and the shipping carrier.
Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas may take additional time, up to 15 business days.
Please Note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions, carrier delays, or local holidays.
5. Delivery Method
We partner with reliable third-party delivery services to ensure your order is delivered safely. These services include:

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track the delivery status.
6. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items or items that require special handling will be securely packed with additional padding and protection.
7. Address Verification
Please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, phone number, and correct delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or extra charges due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you realize that you made an error in your shipping details, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@justpaw.com before your order is shipped.

9. Failed Delivery
If a delivery is attempted but not successfully completed (e.g., the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect), the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for a resolution. If the item is returned due to customer error, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item re-shipped.
10. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events may cause delays in delivery. We do not guarantee delivery dates but will make every effort to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
11. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@justpaw.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery of your package, we will process the return and issue a refund minus the shipping charges, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Lost or Damaged Orders

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged goods (if applicable)
